By using the Asvika Wear website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration; actual colors/finish may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to modify prices and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.
• Payment options: Cash on Delivery, eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay. Full payment is required before shipping for online payments.
• Custom tailoring charges are quoted separately and must be confirmed before stitching.

4. Custom Tailoring

Custom-tailored kurtis are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are made to your specific measurements. We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before confirming.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days
• Outside Valley: 2–5 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

No Return / No Exchange. All sales are final — please choose your size carefully before ordering. Readymade and custom-tailored kurtis cannot be returned or exchanged for size, taste, or fit reasons. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost. See our Return Policy for detailed information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Asvika Wear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
