How do I choose the right size?

Measure your bust, waist, and hip in inches. Compare with the size chart on each product page. If unsure, message us on WhatsApp — we reply within minutes and can help you pick the perfect fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept eSewa, Khalti, FonPay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) inside Kathmandu Valley. For digital payments, please include your full name in the payment note so we can verify instantly.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 days. Outside valley: 2-5 days via courier. We dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking update once shipped.

Can I exchange if the size doesn't fit?

Yes — if the kurti is unused, unworn, and tags intact, report within 24 hours of delivery and we can discuss a size exchange. Each case is handled personally. Shipping for exchange is borne by the buyer.

Are the fabrics genuine? How do I check quality?

Absolutely. We source directly from trusted mills and clearly label fabric composition (cotton, linen, modal, etc.) on every product. Every piece is quality-checked before dispatch — no loose threads, no fading issues.

How do I order?

Browse the collection, add items to your cart, and fill in your details at checkout. You can also order directly via WhatsApp by sending us the product code and your size. We'll confirm availability and arrange delivery.

Do you deliver outside Nepal?

Currently we deliver within Nepal only. We are working on international shipping options — stay tuned!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. Message us on WhatsApp or email for cancellations.

Exchange

Exchange can be discussed for size issues if the kurti is unused and reported quickly.
